Secondly, electrolytic etching machine
Electroetching is the process of etching metals by utilizing the principle of anodic dissolution of metals in a liquid mainly composed of tap water or saltwater (under the action of electrolysis), and then turning on the etching power supply to achieve the purpose of etching. The commercially available electrolytic etching machines are all manual spray type and use saltwater as the etching solution, with two different power levels.
Advantages: No pollution, but only etching one step without pollution is not enough. Other processes must also be pollution-free, suitable for experimental production and small area etching of concave characters. Mainly used as a research experimental machine, or simply etching marks on metals, also known as electrical marking.
